There are scenes that are filmed in New Mexico for other reasons, like in place of Mexico, the Border, New Mexico scenes. I don't know why they didn't list LA if a lot of scenes were shot there.
shareWell it does. At least 90% of the show is shot in New Mexico. Sorry to disappoint you. It may seem incredible but New Mexico doubles for a lot of places, big cities and small towns.

Breaking Bad and In Plain Sight also both film in New Mexico.
The L Word films in Vancouver and generally gets away with simulating LA.
All in all, it's a pretty sad state of affairs when the capital of the film and TV industry cannot financially be competitive as a backdrop for shows set there.
