Confusion!

I'm so upset because I wanted to catch the one that was on The History Channel and for some reason I thought the show was switched to Sci-Fi. I don't know which companies on the stations so thats why I figured there was a station switch for this program when I saw the UFO Hunters commercial on Sci-Fi. Funny thing is, I never saw a commercial for the show on Sci-Fi until after I saw the commercial for the History Channel's UFO Hunters show.

Two completely different programs with the same name. UGH! Too confusing. Especially when they come on at the same time on the same night.

In any case, I didn't like the one on Sci-Fi and it was quite boring. The show didn't hold my interest like Ghost Hunters does. But anyways, History Channel's UFO Hunters is the show I wanted to catch and I hope it comes on again soon.

It would be so much better if both companies and come to a compromise and choose different nights to air their shows as well as one program changing their name to end the confusion.

I saw parts of both and the History Channel version was far superior. I will probably check it out again at some point, but I'm sure I will avoid the Sci Fi version.

I'd like to know how the hell this whole situation happened. Seems bizarre.

This is the one for the History Channel, the SciFi one doesn't have a listing on IMDB. And yes, in my opinion the History Channel one was much better. And I think the two networks thought of the same idea, and both liked the name so much they didn't want to change it. Also, I think they both are going to be a weekly series that continues on.

Well, that's why it's called an investigation. You hear a story and you collect evidence to determine its veracity.

Probably 98% of all UFO reports are really reports of something else . . . and maybe 100%, who knows at this point, but I think it's worth looking into.

You might be able to catch the History Channel version at one of these times:

TVPG | cc Sunday, February 03 1 am UFO Hunters: The UFO Before Roswell
TVPG | cc Saturday, February 02 9 pm UFO Hunters: The UFO Before Roswell
TVPG | cc Saturday, February 02 3 am UFO Hunters: The UFO Before Roswell
TVPG | cc Friday, February 01 11 pm UFO Hunters: The UFO Before Roswell

I can't stand the one on Scifi. It's like watching 'Ghost Hunters' (which is just an ok show sometimes), except it's just a different cast doing the ufo thing. The set up is exactly the same. I much prefer the History Channel show.
