Underwater Area 51 Questions

I think this episode was the turning point for me. Are these investigators doing all they can to look into the UFO phenomenom? Here is the reason why I question it.

1. The main gate to AUTEC incident. They could have walked right up to the gate. The security personnel would have just told them to turn around and leave because they were not military affiliated, no military id, etc. It happens to me all the time (im in the military).

2. The Coast Guard helicopter. Really? I think it was doing routine flying and getting ready to land, not flying around cause the UFO Hunters were getting to close.

3. The main gate, number 2. The extra police vehicle. Of course there are going to be nosy cops when there is a film crew, UFO Hunter guys, etc. I know I would have down the same thing. Then the cop car pulls up to the gate. I know the two cops were just b.s., cause thats exactly what I would have done.

4. AUTEC tours. Bill specifically says that there are tours on that base. Did they try to get a tour? Why didnt they walk up to the gate and ask for a tour? I know he said that they tried to contact Public Affairs, etc., but was it for a tour or information on what they are doing?

5. The underwater cable. Why didnt anyone pull the cable? They should have started pulling the cable to see what happened.

6. AUTEC website is now offline...interesting.

Please, someone challenge these as I am interested if anyone feels the same way. Dont get me wrong, I love the show, but I dont know if the are trying as hard as they can. I guess I would like to see more pictures/videos of UFOs to back up the talk.
