PS3 Inventory Glitch

Will they ever fix the Inventory Glitch for the PS3? Around week 50 stuff like deeds & books vanished from my inventory. I am now on week 52. Anything I buy from the store vanishes when I get home. Does the Xbox 360 have this glitch?
