Idea for Sims Game

I wish Maxis would sell a user-friendly Sims Engine that would allow us to create the sims game we want from scratch. We can create any objects and animate any behaviors. Sims 1 allowed people (programmers I guess) to modify objects and behaviors, but that went out the window with the 3d programming of Sims 2.

I would restore pools, toddlers, cemeteries, careers, terrains, color wheels and pointy ears in my game.
