Deleted scene shown in trailer?!?!?

Just watched on DVD. Really didn't like it to be honest. Big fan of Brittany and catching up on some of her pretty-much-straight-to-DVD films from the past couple of years. In the trailer, it looks like there is a scene where the Porter attacks the Cook, Guillermo Diaz. That wasn't in the film, right? I really don't think so but I did wonder why Diaz was even in it when he literally had like two scenes and as many lines. The DVD didn't have any deleted scenes. Anyone have any info?

I rented it from Rebbox... and it didn't have that scene and there were no deleted scenes that I saw in the special features. I never saw a scene in the movie where the any of the hotel employees fight. They don't talk real nice to each other but nothing too harsh. I am not familiar with the trailer... if I had seen that... I wouldn't have made the mistake of renting the movie. I didn't make out the picture of BM at the kiosk and didn't take the time rally to read the description. No one to blame but myself.

Didn't care for it at all.

I thought there was some scenes missing.
