that Jordan survives and lives to tell her story? I would like to think so.

I don't think so. Not unless someone happened to come along soon after she climbed out. She was weak and seemed to use the last of her strength to get out of the well. I highly doubt she would've been able to walk the distance to get help. Afterall they seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere.

If you can't stand the heat in the kitchen turn off the stove

I would think the guy drove there, so it's possible his car was there with the keys.

Yes, I think she lives. It's really open to interpretation, but the ending feels very optimistic, so I felt like she lived.

I think she died. Her last words were grant's poem and even grant said it would've been good as his last words.

ofcourse she survives or they wouldnt have made her escape its there way of saying she did if they meant for her t die theyd have made the ending more dark graphic ofcourse
