I don't think she is dumb I think she's horrible at thinking on her feet which is a very important trait to have as a personal assistant. She probably could've thought of the same response that Ebony did about preparing Diddy to travel but she just needed a little more time to sort things out in her mind. Like she said she is a perfectionist who doesn't like to be wrong. Plus Ebony had the time to think of an answer before Diddy asked her the question.
