Every show he has no one walks away with a career.If they do it doesn't last that long. If he keeps this up one day his empire is going to crumble. Karma is a beyaaach.

HE SETS ALL THESE PEOPLE UP LIKE HE IS GOING TO HELP THEM OR GIVE THEM A JOB AFTER HE HUMILATES THEM, MAKES THEM JUMP THROUGH ALL KIND OF HOOPS FOR HIM AND TURNS THEM INTO HIS OWN PERSONAL ASS KISSERS...THEN HE DROPS THEM LIKE A BAD HABIT..WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN AND STOP WATCHING THIS STUPID MESS????

the last 2 winners weren't hired & neither was the last (yet), Ebony! His ppl's told them the same thing they told Ebony, "Don't call us, we'll call YOU!" w t f??

He is probably using his lawyers to protect himself. I'm sure somewhere in the application process he warns them of just such a thing happnening. VH1 probably liked the idea of him having a reality competition show and he worked something like this out. If you had an empire like his, would you want to guarantee someone a powerful position in your company mainly because they managed to be the best out of a reality show? If I were him I would probably have similar precautions set up.

I hope for her sake that he offers her some type of position or compensation considering it sounds like she was on this show for like a month. I did like her and was glad that she won. So, please don't say that my first paragraph was all because I just didn't like Ebony. Even if she doesn't end up working for him, I think she will have doors open for her. She came across as a hard worker, and we've seen people on other reality shows with worse edit's still go on to succeed.

I can understand her complaining to the press, but I don't know if that's the best PR move for her to make.
