AWFUL! Totally inaccurate... terrible acting... crappy script... there was nothing good about this movie.

I can´t understand why a movie can´t be made about a real life serial killer that is so B rate.
They are usually full of terrible acting. The story in most of these cases is right there ready to be told, but these movies tend to use fiction rather than fact.
Why is that?
If it harms none, do what thou wilt.
