UT3 is the worst game in the franchise, Far worse than UT2003. UT3 fails to offer anything new and epic took away the gameplay that was loved in ut2k4. The movement is slow, the guns are ugly and the whole game is a pure joke. The graphics are really amazing, thats all i'll give it. The game took 3 years to make and it sucked. The game was not even ready for release when it was released, the game had so many bugs. As a long time fan of the unreal tournament series, Unreal Tournament 3 is by far the worst in the series. I will keep playing Unreal Tournament 2004.

You know i would literally give the exact opposite review. I loved the subtle tweaks to gameplay, such as getting rid of the broken dodge jumping, upping the damage of some weapons, and looking into the math behind the damage and power ups.

While i would say the graphics are not nearly as well done as i expected.

I mean, dosn't the balance between the guns impress you? I mean your choices is almost entirely tactical now as opposed to biggest gun biggest kills.

Game is pretty darn good... and i've played them all. The OP is caught up in 2004, which is okay. 2004 brought me back into the series, because i didn't care much for 2003 at all. Its okay man, your 2004 game won't hate you for playing UT3.

got it back in 2008 for pc, but my pc wasnt good enough to play it so it collected dust up until a few weeks ago when i got a new gfx card

gotta say its my fav unreal game, i even think the story was a decent shot to giving a tournament style game something other than ""they are in an arena""

i loved playing unreal tournament games online and this 1 takes it up a notch in my eyes

I guess i just expected to much from this game. I still play ut2k4 and tried playing UT3 but i just don't think it compares.
