One scene...

...that I felt could've had emotion but didn't given the circumstances was when Leon said "if you don't try to save one life, you'll never save any." The reason being was in RE2 Ada's "falling from a height death" was pretty well done and if Degeneration was based before RE4, that scene could've had more of an impact if flashbacks to Ada's demise flashed on screen and what not.

Just my two cents. I thought the scene was cool but it could've had more of an impact. Excuse my grammar as well btw. It's 3am over here and I feel like crap.
