shown at Horrorthon

Saw this at the Horrorthon in Dublin, the world premiere no less.
I enjoyed the film, well acted, interesting plot with a few nice scares and a satisfying ending that brings the story full circle.
On the negative side as somebody commented on already the score was a bit intrusive and did not fit the mood of the film and also the film has a bit of a made for tv feel about it, most probably due to the small budget it was made for.
The director Steven Peros wrote The Cats Meow, a film from a few years ago that I loved.
At the Q&A after The Undying he came across as a smart guy, I look forward to any future films he might be involved in. Apparently he is looking to make a horror film in Ireland, hopefully that works out.
