How come Yasuo Dreamed of Fujiko ? he doesn't suppose to know her.

Lupin (whose with Jigen) wears a red jacket and we know that he's the real one. Now at the begining he was wearing a green jacket ,when the latter brought MacDonalads.I checked the color.. it's green, any explanation ?

The last question, it's more of a wondering than a question: Yaso won the last duel, is that right ? he beat Lupin ? how come ? I mean, even the samurai guy couldn't beat lupin, how come Yasu won ?
