I don't think Jeremiah is flexible or knowledgeable enough ....

He's a nice guy and he wanted to be a stylist, but what he really knows is interior design.

One day he was looking for something to do and he asked Mandana if she needed help. I was amazed he has such poor computer skills (as he himself admitted). No clue how to do power point or even Excel. Learn, fool!

This past episode he even had no clue what a baby bumper is. Research, fool!

In a past eppy he called Mandana (I think) at a jewelry pull and said he had no idea there are 4 kinds of gold. Ditto comment as above.

The guy has lots of enthusiasm, but so do thousands of others in L.A. Jobs are thin on the ground and the competition is fierce. To keep a job (as opposed to being hired for a job) you need to make yourself indispensable to your employer. This Jeremiah never did for Rachel.
