Taylor...

She gets promoted after acting like that? Her manner and attitude are so unprofessional.

I know! Geez...I respect the fact that she is career oriented and wants to move forward to bigger and better things in her career, but her bitchy, horrible attitude are just unbelievable. That would not fly with 99% of employers out there. But I understand Rachel's position, that there aren't alot of people who are as "simpatico" with her vision as Taylor and who know Rachel's needs and expectations as well as Taylor does, so it would be a huge pain in the ass to find someone else. Edit: And I could not believe Taylor's audacity when Rachel told her seriously to take her sunglasses off during the meeting and Taylor flat out refused!! Rodger will likely NOT be putting up with that [email protected] hope.

I get that the same thing can be very repetative but at the same time its not like Rachel is excluding her from things. She bails out of everything though. Honestly I think brad can do what taylor does just as good.

I often wonder if Taylor is maybe in the wrong profession. She says she loves fashion, which I am sure she does, but doesn't seem to have any enthusium. At all the styling projects she seems so bored. Always asking to leave early and complaining. Whereas Brad and Rachel are all excited, zipping around the room in glee. I wonder if, (or how fast) Taylor will get bored with branding. Rachel has been doing this for years and still has a happy face when she is doing her job.

PS Maybe Taylor just needs some Lexapro??? I like the girl, but I can only take soooo much complaining.

reply

i find it weird that she thinks she wants to get into branding and knowing what people want yet she hates people.

do you like fish sticks?

reply

I know! No i'm not taking off my glasses who does she think she is Gods gift to Rachel.

And who wears short shorts to work? And they're not even a Lifegard! Brad was not at all appropriate and RZ should have corrected him... but she says nothing to Brad about the shorts or anything else. And I don't care if he's in the "styling" biz... And on top of that... RZ wears her sun glasses all the time indoors and out, too.

you people make me li-trally heave. get over it. Brad can wear short shorts, pick up a fashion magazine once in awhile, it's designer. Taylor can complain. Wouldn't you complain about your job if you knew your boss didn't really care and nothing bad would happen. Rachel can wear her sunglasses anytime she wants. She bought them with her earned money, she can do whatever she wants with them.

reply

Rachel is the boss and Tay is not that's the hole point. Brad actually enjoys his job, unlike Taylor always wanting to go home or i'm bord if your so bord then find an other job. And who cares about Brads Short shorts Was he wearing them at the meeting and had sunglasses on his face no. Taylor did because she is a stuck up brat who needs to be fired.

Taylor acts like 1/2 the females in Los Angeles.

When you work in a creative environment creativity comes first. You will find many loud personalities in most creative work ventures. Most regular businesses want you to mind your P's and Q's and not be creative ever, but to follow the boss's work schedule that is basically NOT creative, but a creative work environment is totally different. A strong personality will more likely be creative and that is the quotation that gets that kind of job done!

I just caught the first 2 series on telly, ( bit late in the game I know), but I'm just so completely disgusted by Taylor's attitude. Her manner towards everyone is completely and unjustifiably rude, and the way she acts towards Rachel Zoe, regardless of friendship or not, is way out of line. She just completely embodied the term "Bad Attitude".

There are so many employers out there that Taylor's behaviour would just absolutely not fly with, and I hope some day she gets a slap in the face by harsh reality that stomping her feet like a spoiled brat does not get her own way. To "grow" properly, you have to do the grunt work, you have to learn, and not be too big for the boots you're paid to fill.

I can't stand people who think they are far better and more important than they actually are. I understand personal growth but I really detest people who are self-centred and think that work is beneath them.
