Renting houses and dream dry

Another similar topics about renting their house but I something to add. Why wouldn't they buy a house and an apartment in NYC?? They can always sell it of they don't need one of them. Wouldn't it save a ton of money?

Also I think it is crazy that they haven't fired the women working on the dream dry place. It shouldn't take that long to build a store. I find this a huge waste of money and they are playing them and dragging it out to get more money out of them.

Any thoughts??

I think the woman in New York is their business partner who will actually run the solon operation once it opens. On tv it seems like she's the project manager for construction, but she's probably not. THAT is the person who needs to be fired! ( the person in charge of construction crews).

Any time you're dealing with construction you need a project manager that knows about construction and can stay on top of the guys working. Otherwise you get delay after delay and mistakes made that cost time and money, and days when crews don't even show up for work because nobody is there to hold them accountable. But I agree, if she's the person in charge of that facility while they're on the other side of the county... She doesn't seem tough enough to get sh!t done on a time schedule. It would worry me if it were my company. Also, have you noticed all the sitting around that her LA employees do? Jeez. Only one girl managed to stay on task during the last episode. Where I come from that's called time theft. Ha. Rachel seems like such an easygoing boss. I hope they don't take advantage of her.
