Because the ass kissing is so over the top and fake. "Omg Roger and Rachel are so cute! OMG Roger loves Rachel so much!" It's so pandering I can't. It seems like those are the kind of people Rachel needs around her though.
shareRachel seems like a very nice boss. I am always struck by how even-tempered she is. I don't think I have ever heard her say a harsh word to anyone in the entire series. She genuinely seems to like her staff and some of them are extremely devoted to her by what we've seen on the show.

I'm sure she's nice, but she also seems to have no backbone and honestly doesn't seem fit for a leadership role in some capacities. She couldn't even deal with the whole Taylor/Brad who gets to go to Paris situation. I think she's good at the fashion aspect of her job, but I doubt she handles much of the business side of things, that's where Roger and Mandana come in. Honestly she seems like a child who needs to be coddled.

She's nice until you quit and than she turns on you. That's what it seems to me anyway. When Taylor left I didn't really think much about it, but when Brad left they trashed him too. It seemed very mean girl to me.
shareYep. I didn't really question it when taylor left, but then when she repeated the same thing with Brad, it started to seem like a pattern. And Taylor has mentioned how Rachel tried to blacklist her. IDK Rachel is very childish.
