Opening scene

So this girl with no money, no job, and no prospects at the time is looking
to rent the second floor of a two family house? And the owner/ renter says
don't worry about the down payment or security? Happens all the time.
Other than that I thought the movie was just watchable.




Best thing for him really, His therapy was going nowhere.
