Ethics of this movie

The Ethical high road this movie takes are not solid. TLJ is cheating on his wife. The writers make her out to be only about money. People are more complex than that. He feels all this compassion for his employees but just walks out on his wife?

He is the ethical center of this movie and yet he can't work on his marriage? I know many marriages are just in perilous situations but for this movie to moralize on corporate greed but dismiss infidelity. And to make it work they paint TLJs wife as just interested in money..
