Is one of the dea agents the brother of actor Jay Mohr?

Does anyone else see the resemblence between one of the D.E.A. agents and actor jay Mohr?

Maybe a bit but I doubt they're related. Jay is from New Jersey and if his brother really wanted to be a drug cop he could have gone to New York.
