Remake?

nope. these kids dont turn into zombies. they get sick and become violent and sinister. which is what makes the movie work. you got innocent looking children causing mischief.

From the reviews, if not a remake, most clearly based on the same plot premise.

By the way, what happened to the 1980 film? I can't find it anywhere, and even references to it are hard to find in the internet.
