Does anyone know why Martek's Arsenal jersey was spelled this way? Was it just a goof or is it an inside joke? Some affectionate nickname for Thierry given by the Arsenal faithful? I'm baffled.

Contrary to some of the other responses, it isn't just a mis-spelling. It's a counterfeit shirt alright, but the 'Terry Henry' is intentional - it's a comedic nickname given by some Arsenal supporters to their former number 14, I've heard it used a few times in conversation. It's just a play on the Anglicising of French words.

Terry Henry might be used in conversation but nobody would ever deliberately have it printed on a shirt as it would look like a mistake. I think you are looking into things a little too deeply.
