the true of the lie?

Nefes has documentary style atmospheric and realistic editing.But What is the purpose of this film...some part of the movie was very militaristic some part was very humanistic,some part have very ideological elements.And there is no interview or reportage of director...Can anyone say me, 'What was the purpose of this film'.because I really did not understand the real side of this film.
