Filming

Was a blast working with the film crew!! A little tidbit not mentioned in the episode: while filming the herd of cows at night an identified light flew over. It resembled a planet because it had what appeared to be a ring around it. What we didn't know at the time was that a gentleman in Alberta had seen the same thing. He reported his sighting to Brian Vike. The kicker was that the crew's camera could NOT capture it on film. So disappointing!! I thoroughly enjoyed working with the crew. Leo was wonderful to work with. Cheers!!!

Obviously, it was cattle-mutilating space aliens who were looking for fresh meat, but got scared off by all the activity of your film crew. Or it could have been swamp gas from a weather balloon that was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus, which is why is "looked like a planet", as you put it.

Seriously, I have no idea what it could be, but that's why we call them UNIDENTIFIED flying objects.

Working with the film crew for "Monsterquest" sounds like a lot of fun, it's a fun show all the way around. Which episode was that? And did they fit one of the bovines with a CowCam and turn it loose to look for whatever critter they were looking for?
