Who was the 'sexy aerobics' instructor?

Who was the blonde woman who taught one of the hosts how to swivel and strip (although he seemed to know pretty much all of it already)?

And yes, this is NOT a good show. I thought CTV couldn't make anything worse than Roman Whatshisface in Comedy Inc but suprise surprise! It's like watching Sean Cullen, who's a deliberate ham but he's so much of a ham anyway that the humour cancels itself out. This show is so amateur and the comedians so amateur that they seem more amateur than their roles act.
