Not a single kid in that episode has a dad?? They all seem to be living with their single mothers.
I think this show is a load of crap, just like Paranormal State.
I don't know that they all don't HAVE dads, I think the fathers aren't being shown as much or at all. They could just not want to be shown or A&E wants to focus more on the bond or strained bond between mother and child.

Your child needs professional help, something that A&E and Dog the Bounty Hunter can't give you.
