Yes, I know it's supposedly autobiographical, but the fact that not one single good thing happens doesn't ring true. The lack of any levity really made me dislike this film. There were only two characters to really root for - Kari and Anna. There was not one redeeming male in the entire movie.

shareYou should also see 'Where Children Play'. The actress who plays young Kari plays in this movie too. It's sad too but like you said Kari made it out! So good!
