For Guitar Hero 4...And Maybe 5 (If There is One)

I think the creators of the Guitar Hero series should start using more modern songs from bands (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Cute is What We Aim For, Muse, Escape the Fate, The Killers)...Stop with the GUNS 'N ROSES and KISS stuff. More than half of the game buyers are teenagers and kids.

classic rock is better. and i love guns n' roses. thank you very much. and deal with it.

Most of the stuff that comes out these days is garbage.I don't want to hear any of that emo crap. What GH needs as far as newer music goes is Stone Sour. They need Hellyeah also.

reply

Stone Sour would be awesome for Guitar Hero.

The only bands of today I can see putting in is more Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers. But if you want to talk 90's, it's a different story. They need more classic rock. The OP is retarded for making this.

the reason why they use older bands is because they focused on the guitarist, while today all they focus on is the singer...which is boring...not as many guitar solos anymore...etc, etc.

id like to see some accoutic stuff maybe, like the Bron-Y-Aur Stomp by zepplin, that would be sick.

More and more kids these days are getting into older bands. Besides, most new bands might be appealing to some, but to most people the bands coming out these days are absolutely horrible. I think it was bad enough that they had a Killers song on GH3. The bands you just listed will never appear on Guitar Hero, and if they do, half of the Guitar Hero players will stop buying their games.

agree.

i'm more old school rick than anything.
