Where Is This Filmed ?

What campus or university ?

It doesn't look like any university I know. I've been to several campuses in Southern California (USC, UCLA, UC San Diego) but this one is not familiar to me. Does anyone know where the exterior shots of the university is located ? I think that for the interior shots and bedroom scenes they use sets but whenever they go to an outdoor location it's a real place. Also shower rooms, lockers and even some interior scenes like in the frat houses look real but what university consented to the shooting of this softcore porn show ?
