shown on LMN

Lifetime, sometimes promoted as programming for women, has some interesting films. This one filled the bill nicely.
Undesirably from my point of view, this particular film was only shown once, to my knowledge, on the night I saw it, whereas other shows were repeated multiple times within a 24 hour stretch. Of everything, this was the most interesting, and just happened to get my attention prior to bedtime. I stayed up just to watch it because, as I suspected, Netflix does't carry this film even though it's been out for several years. I find that this is often the case with some of these Canadian productions. I like these Canadian films because when they portray a sleazy or dumpy neighborhood in a presumably American city, in this case supposedly Boston, it still always looks much cleaner and nicer than our American crapholes.
They also use clean cut, attractive actors, and they don't inundate us with the crudities that seem to be required of American junk.
Also, LMN being a three digit channel number prevents my being able to use my old, outdated VCR to record the show so as to watch it later.

I always like the look of the Canadian locations being used and of these Lifetime movies generally. I think this might be a more rarely aired movie as I've only just seen it for the first time.
