when will all 50 episodes come out and then into English sub or dub

and how long is each one

There's a sub going around at the moment. BSS did about 13 episodes, then the responsibility was transferred to BBS. At the moment, there are only 17 episodes subbed.

The duration for each episode is approx. 24 mins and there are currently 42 episodes out. BBS has a lot to answer for.

24 MINTUES

WTF, can you really make up a decent story in 24 mins or are there episodes that are like part 1,2,3 type thing ?

They're all standalone, and based on the manga by Takao Saito. It's a single assassination hit, he has a time limit, conditions and away he goes. yeah it's not too hard to make a decent story, they follow the manga really well.

The English dub started July 1st on TheAnimeNetwork. 50 episodes, 24 minutes each.
"Golgo 13 is now available for our VOD subscribers and will be available on the Online Player in one week (July 8)."

I remember when I saws Queen Bee I was underwhelmed, but I was still hopeful that more movies would be made. Years later I'm just hearing about this '08 series.

Some episodes are hit or miss but overall I would say it's a significantly better series than Queen Bee, a couple of fantastic episodes.
Be prepared to leave your realism hat at the door, there's a lot of outlandish, completely impossible *beep* in the show but it's just hilarious because you know,.. he's Golgo 13 so he'll pull it off.
