Blu-ray?

I've seen there's episodes or clips on youtube listed as 720p.
Is this actually available in HD, or are these youtube clips just upscaled from DVD, shown on a HD channel in China?
Was it shot on film or video?

I'd be eager to buy this series on blu-ray if it exists.
