Colin O'Donoghue is worst actor ever?

I'm not really gonna comment on his acting, it was what it was, I've never seen him in another movie so I guess I just don't really care, but to be honest I think Hopkins was lame in this movie, at least when he was possessed. I'd say it's mostly due to bad writing. He was extremely tame and unscary, and I thought the dialogue would be far more intense and disturbing... it was just rather funny. Calling the priest "dude"??? I know he was mocking him but come on, it was just terrible. That's the best insult a demon can come up with?

I thought the girl was far more creepy when possessed than hopkins was, in fact it was so lame I thought for a brief moment they were gonna pull a "just kidding I'm only acting possessed" type of ending to make the kid believe. I think because it's Anthony Hopkins everyone gives him a free pass because he's this esteemed actor, but him being possessed just seemed forced, weird and awkward to me and basically ruined the movie for me. Up until that point, I enjoyed it for the most part, then it just went south.

Well watch him in a tv show called Once upon a time. I think he's quite good but ofcourse a character he plays is not so difficult to be portrayed well.

Have you seen any of Chris Hemsworth's or Kellan Lutz's movies? This guy is Daniel Day Lewis compared to these two.

He sucks in this film. Hopkins is great though. Wholly agreed he saved it. :D

Horrible acting... He doesn't seem to be there physically and emotionally. Not one scene.
