Lotion, Hand Massage, and Hector Jimenez Moaning

at the girl's ear. What was that all about?

If you've read the interview done with the Hess's regarding this movie, most of the stuffs that went on on this movie happened in real life (to either them or their family member). This particular scene happened while Jared was in Idaho riding a school bus or something. He was watching some kids doing this with the lotion and blowing/moaning in the ear. He felt awkward and weirded out ... just like the character Benjamin felt. And like you, Jared was thinking the same thing "What was that all about?"

It was about the funniest sh*t i have ever seen.. i busted a gut at Hector moaning.

haha... hector is already close to 37 yrs old. him and jamaine clement are two of the best things in this film.

This was the stupidest movie I've ever had the misfortune to watch, total rip off of big fat liar, and the hand lotion scene was probably one of the creepiest things I've ever seen.

I turned to my brother during this scene and said, "okkkkkkkkkkkkay."

Stupid scene....not funny....weirdness for weirdness sake.

The scene reminded me very much of the scene in le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, where Amelie is in the cart and the guy she's in love with comes up to her ear in the skeleton costume and moans in a similar way. Amelie then closes her eyes in a similar way too.

I wonder if it's a reference.

"best bit of the film" Well I'm in trouble then, just started watching it, I didn't find that scene creepy or hilarious.

I thought it was the funniest thing I've seen in a film since forever.
Too bad the flick fell out of steam halfway through.
I really, really wanted to like it though.
But that scene, I just can't get enough of Jimenez going "ewwww....ewwww....ewwww...."
