How did the cannibals manage to get across the canyon so quickly ?

First of all that bridge was in such poor shape that the explosion should've brought the whole thing down, and just playing the "suspend disbelief" game and saying it didn't, how would they manage such a swift traversal across that deep canyon ?

Makes no sense to me !

I'm really baffled by this... How the hell did they get there? And how didn't more of them die with the bridge explosion?

reply

They're just really bright cannibals I guess and they weren't going to let anything like an exploding bridge spoil their fun.🐭

reply

They were fine young cannibals!

And this is why we should be able to "Like" IMDB posts . . .

It really made no sense, if they made it across the canyon it should've taken them at least a day or two. But no, they're practically right on top of them according to the movie timescale !

The perception is they got there quickly but only because Sam was moving so slowly. He had hardly eaten while the cannibals were fresh off a thanksgiving feast.

These are not the droids you are looking for.

The magic of moviemaking.

Walked across the frozen river below. The bridge was unnecessary with the river frozen

The same way they were able to climb out of the shaft that was filled in with rubble . . . Cannibal Voodoo!

My husband and I were rather confused as to how they found the colony so fast. I mean any tracks would have been visible would have been blown away or covered by fresh snow. And why could these killers sustain so many gunshots?

reply

It prob took some time to get back to the Colony and he was asleep for more than an hour. I agree the frozen river was probably little problem for these rather fast creatures. I didn't count but there were prob no more than a dozen who made it too. I was surprized they surrendered the facility so quickly. Assuming the bad men were dead, there was food, electriciy etc despite the damage which would not have necessarily ruined the entire facility it being mostly cement I imagine.
