Being a parent myself I felt horrible for Yasuko. If somebody was hitting and kicking my child in front of me I would do anything to stop him too. I believe any parent would. It's so wrong how law often protects the aggressor rather than his victims. Tell me what kind of crime is killing such an animal of a man in oder to protect child's life?

Anyway, this was a great film though sometimes painful to watch.

I agree, in fact the whole time that scene was happening, I was shouting "call the police!" There's no way somebody should get away with that kind of behaviour and I would've jumped on him too.

I also found it a little over done on the whole finding this unemployed nobody and all the resources spent on an investigation. In reality, I don't believe it'd be that important. But it was an entertaining film, nontheless...
