If you're complaining about this film, then you need to get a clue.

Firstly, you can look at the trailer, and information about this film to realize this wasn't going to be anything exciting or special. I went into it expecting a completely crap film, and it was still entertaining.

The acting was horrible. The directing was crappy. The editing was not well done. It looked like it was filmed with a camcorder...but the story was entertaining enough and well written.

So really - if you expected anything more than a low level film...you need help. lol

I tend to agree with you. What exactly were people expecting with this film? I got exactly what I was expecting from a low budget haunted house movie...a little bit of bad and a little bit of good. I don't particularly care for this genre, but I found myself squirming in my seat during a few scenes. I watched it from the Netflix site which is a great way to watch movies you wouldn't be caught dead with in your home. And this movie was a great time killer.

This is what I got from it. With a bigger budget and better actors, a lot could have been done with the story line. Sure, it won't be up for an Oscar but it wasn't that bad.

lol I agree, I knew it was going to be bad and it was pretty bad. It's probably on my top list of worst movies I've seen. I tend to like a lot of bad movies but this one was a bit boring - again my fault for not finding something more interesting on netflix.

Film, at any level, should have some kind of standard. You're the whiny little cynic, and yet its everyone else that needs help. Found footage is all at the exact same level is this- but some are great. Just like everything else, it's all relative. I hope you die of cancer the day before a relative gets married, reject.

I'm 13 minutes into this film and all I can say is..ACTING! I mean that Journalist...I've seen better acting in pornos...
Substandard writing too. The Investigator doesn't carry her EMF detector around with her when taking temperature readings? Yeah..lets not get any back up from a different tool to cross check any anomalies. Same with the 'camera guy', who had earlier checked to see he had his spare battery yet didn't think to have it on him when filming. Then he turns off his static cameras when operating his hand held? These people are supposed to be 'professionals'?

And yes I was expecting little when I watched this flick but seriously, a 9 year old could string together a better story than this travesty of movie making.
