Where is this playing? and Why low rating?

is this movie playing anywhere in the US? I really want to see it.

And why such a low rating on imdb, it couldn't have been that bad?

I think the low rating is mainly because of the cliche storyline (too hollywood).

It looks soooo much like Crash and Amores perros story-wise.

Forgettable story, forgettable characters, and some very mixed acting.
