You should overlook the fact that anyone mentioned the word "God" at all in this film, to me it seems that once "God" was mentioned that you got sent into an overwhelming atheist rage that clouded your focus on anything else within the film. I myself am not religious by any means, but I can still sit and enjoy a movie that contains people and their religious beliefs, while keeping an open mind.

This movie was very interesting and showed the good, evil, and the outright ridiculousness of people when a great deal of money is involved. It was also very heart warming at times, especially the story of the old guy who lived very poorly with his cats before winning. The fact that he didn't change at all was great, he was rich beyond is wildest dreams but continued to live a simple life. He drove a *beep* car, slept in motels, and fed and cared for stray cats.

You should try and be more open minded, just because someone thanks "God" for something doesn't imply that they are stupid or that the film is a joke. Do you hate all Christmas movies as well?

If you truly need to inflate your atheist ego, then watch 'Paradise Lost'. Because even I find the religious folk in that film to be ridiculous.

I agree - if the documentary subjects made Jon Death angry, that's not a weakness on the part of the film or even anything to do with the filmmakers' beliefs. It's actually the sign of a good film for it to affect you so strongly.

Jon Death has a problem with GOD and refers to him as god as many people do. I hope you find Him before your last name overtakes you. People have the misconception that winning the lottery is good, but obviously its a tremendous burden sent by god with a small g who is really the devil. I am not trying to annoy you, I believe this 100%.

Yeah it was weird of that reviewer to home in on one aspect. I saw some of the people mention God, but not nearly ALL of them like he claims. Clearly he just wanted to flip out about one little part and ignore the rest.

On a side note, this was an OK documentary, not amazing nor terrible. Some good lessons to be learned, I just feel like there's more eccentric people who have done crazier things that they could have talked to/about. This was interesting by the end, but towards the beginning it was just bouncing around without a purpose. But by the end it all came together...

"Did you mean for all those words to come out like that or did they just fall out randomly?"-H.H.
