One of the Contestents DIED During Season 2?!

How was that NOT brought up in the finale? I mean, a little mention of it would have seriously been the only right thing to do! Poor Danio Frangella left during the first episode due to complications from his cancer treatments, then DIED due to those issues before the 3rd episode even AIRED!!!

No wonder there was no 3rd season if they ignored something as huge as that!
