They didnt make the change...

I read an article earlier stating that that last statement made about the proposition of him coming back and getting no jail time if they publicized was entirely false and that they were going to fix it before it aired, but they didnt. Whats up with that?

They did fix it. The article said the court would let him off if they could broadcast it on television. The show says Polanski refused because it might air on television. There is a qualitative difference there, however slight.

they did make a change to the last card, but they really didn't need to, parties involved insists the facts were correct.
