Frank's voice

I really wanted to watch this film, but I just couldn't get past Frank Krueger's voice. Here you have this young Bruce Willis type tough guy but when he opens his mouth he has this high-pitched girly voice like Michael Jackson or Mike Tyson. I was hoping I would get used to it but it just killed the film for me. Too weird.
