I feel Delia's parents are right. If the situation at their home is actually like that, then it makes sense to sell it.

Tough call, seeing as the parents were not exactly deserving of the favor either, what with their *beep* behavior and lack of basic empathy? On the other hand, you are right that she should have helped as well which she in the end did, so there. :)
