Did ABC finally kill this show?
Did the show go on hiatus or did ABC finally pull the plug?

This thread's subject question is valid again this year since there has been no public announcement of a 2015 season that I have seen.
Not being of fan of the show but rather a fan of an acting Jill Wagner, I hope this show has been given the axe so that Jill can concentrate on getting acting jobs.
Time will tell.

I only watched wipe out because of Jill but I don't thing the show is holding her back. She did leave the show a few years ago but came back when the acting jobs weren't coming her way.
shareThe year she took off may have been just a bad year for her. I think this show messed up her acting career in 2008 and 2009 when she had some opportunities for TV and movie roles, but couldn't fully pursue them due to having to work on Wipeout. Ultimately it will remain unknown how her acting career would have gone had she not taken the Wipeout job.
Getting back to the show, with no info about whether there will be a show this summer now that it is mid-June, I think the show is done for this year. It may be resurrected at some point, but the current version I think is dead.
Time will tell.
