They have some of the stupidest ideas, and are not competent enough

i mean seriously, they have some of the dumbest ideas ever.
and no matter what they do they always fail, go about it wrong and wonder what they did wrong.. how about thinking that a car could jump over another one to avoid the oncoming one?

How could that be a plausible answer to avoiding car crashes? how could it be even manufactured onto all the cars in the world, and thats only one idea they had that doesn't hold up, or well work.
