Theres really not much wrong with this "movie".
It is..what it is...
if you know its actors reading quotes from dark moments in History...then you cant really complain if you watch the whole thing.
For actors, standing there reading lines, it really isnt bad at all.
i enjoyed it and has plenty of musicians / actors doing a wonderful job at what it focuses on.

DONT think of it as too Liberal or your just a close-minded fool...Just because it talks about THE PEOPLE (and against War) doesnt mean its a building full of Democrats attacking Republicans....if you think that, you really are just a shallow person i bet.

I liked it and for 2 hours i was always interested.

From what i hear, the readers did it for free, because they were inspired by the work of Howard Zinn.

So if your thinking its gona be some action packed, comedy romp...than thats the ONLY reason why you WOULD complain.
Other than that...get a life if your gona complain about something you werent forced to watch.

Its History..Its Truth..Its Hearfelt.
if those 3 things bother you...then move along.

Actually it isn't truth so it fails right there. The part that Brolin read is BS, Vanzetti was guilty. Upton Sinclair knew it and lied about it. Damon must have known it too but allowed this garbage to be spewed regardless.

I don't believe these entertainers were inspired by Howard Zinn, most of them probably never read his propaganda. They got up and dutifully read their lines because this was a left-wing project and they are mindless idiots who think being liberal is proof they are good people.
