Could You live like this?

I have watched a number of films on this subject and read many, many books, this is powerful stuff and no matter who you are or what your beliefs are you have to admit there is only ever good things in these teachings. Would you be able to live without material things, without want?.

I have tried to practise some of these principles in my life and when i do i feel good but wanting more, wanting the best, thinking about others and not ME is hard sometimes.. There are ways to achieve this and it can be life changing..If you are interested in Zen watch this film it will give you a great insight into the teachings of zen.

Even if we can make small changes the impact on others can be great? When did you last do something for another person... Try this one, do something for another person and dont tell anybody including them you did it... see how hard that is!
