This film is excellent like other Shinobu Yaguchi's (Wood Job!, Waterboys, Swing Girls etc) films.
He is a director who makes his film around a job and this one takes place in an airport.
There are numerous characters involved with each of them having a unique job that the film gives time to shine.

While gluing all the characters sometimes don't work, Happy Flight is still an entertaining film with genuine laughs.
