I just got a Cut version, is that Chinese Mainland or a Copy?

Well as said "I just got a Cut version, is that Chinese Mainland or a Copy?" ainyone got an answer. Its Not a Copy, it looks exactly like an original. And it does not say DVD-9 on the cover So im not shure. If anyone has got an answer id be Happy. Thanks.

Just got the VCD, there are about 10 minutes cut. Thanks for the info.
